Black Sands Guide Co. is rooted in a love for fine foods and the great outdoors. Our primary focus is providing un paralleled food service in the more intimate and private settings. Our vast experience makes us extremely flexible and capable. We take pride in our ability and willingness to adapt to a wide variety of circumstances whilst staying committed to our refined level of execution. As a collective, our early professional years are comprised with a myriad of all things food and nature. We were raised between the water and the mountains, with a focus on operating in some of the best restaurants in California. From every type of fast casual, to the highest end of fine dining available. We then transitioned to focus our attention on vegetable/live stock farms, and various other outdoor industries. In 2022, we returned to the central coast and have since been cooking privately, building our pantry and honoring our local food systems. Needless to say, our breadth of food knowledge is expansive and our love for nature is bountiful.
